In Store: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. All exchanges or refunds must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase date with a receipt.

  3. Customers returning items for refund or exchange without receipt will be given store credit at the managers discretion and at the current sale price.

  5. Exchanges or refunds on dress shirts must contain all original packaging.
  6.  
  7. No exchanges or refunds on belts that have been cut to size.
  8.  
  9. Exchanges or refunds on all other items must contain the original manufacturers tags.
  10.  
  11. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item that has been used, worn, reduced on sale or clearance, marked "as is" or altered.
  12.  
  13. No returns or exchanges on cuff links or other accessories.
  14.  
  15. NO REFUNDS ON LAYAWAY'S OR LAYAWAY DEPOSITS.

  17. ALL LAYAWAY'S EXCHANGE ONLY.

  19. Proper identification is required for all purchases made by check or by credit/debit cards with no or unclear signature.
  20.  
  21. Credit card purchases will be credited to the card used in the original transaction.

  23. There is a ten (10) day waiting period on purchases made by check.
