At D&K Suit City, your satisfaction means the world to us. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we’re here to make that process as smooth and stress-free as possible. This policy outlines the steps, eligibility, and options available to you when returning or exchanging an item.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, as shown on your receipt or order confirmation.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original, resellable condition with all tags, labels, and packaging included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your confirmation email or store receipt) is required.

2. Return Options

You can choose from the following:

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: If your item qualifies, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method. Please note, we do not offer store credit or gift card refunds.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” (e.g., clearance items or bundles like “2 Shirts for $45”) are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout.

  • Return Methods: Returns may be made in-store or online by following our Online Returns Process.

3. Discounted Bundles (e.g., Buy One Get One 50% Off)

For promotions like “Buy One Get One 50% Off,” refunds apply only to the discounted (lower-priced) item.

Example:

Item 1 = $150

Item 2 = $75 (50% off applied)

If either item is returned, the refund will be $75 to reflect the value of the discounted item.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, size, or a defective product), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Free Shipping Orders: If your order originally qualified for free shipping and you decide to return it, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Prepaid Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels by default. Please use your preferred carrier and choose a trackable option, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

  • Our Error: If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.

5. Refunds

  • Form: All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Amount: Refunds will cover the product purchase price only. Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Return Claims Process

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@dksuitcity.com or submit a request through our Contact Page.

If your package is marked “Refused” or “Return to Shipper,” outbound shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost (based on availability). If a replacement isn’t available, you’ll receive a full refund.

8. Exceptions to Returns

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items purchased over 30 days ago

  • Discontinued items no longer listed on our website

  • Items purchased with store credit

  • Items purchased at special events or pop-up shops

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging

9. How to Initiate a Return

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
