D&K Suit City Return Policy

At D&K Suit City, we want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make your return or exchange process clear, simple, and fair. Please review the policy below to understand your options and responsibilities when initiating a return.
D&K Suit City operates under 404 Premium Clothing LLC, ensuring every return and exchange is handled with care and in accordance with our company’s high standards of quality and service.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return Window: Return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging, including all original tags and labels. Items that are worn or missing original packaging or labels will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as your confirmation email or in-store receipt) is required.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal: https://www.dksuitcity.com/a/returnzap
You can also return items for free at any D&K Suit City location by bringing the item and proof of purchase within 30 days.
Please note: All refunds are processed through Shopify (not in-store) and are completed within 1 business day between 8 AM – 5 PM.
In-Store Pickup Orders: If your order was picked up in-store, you’ll most likely want to bring it back directly to the same location. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to arrange your own return shipment with a carrier of your choice. Alternatively, you can request a shipping label from us, please note that in this case, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility

3. Return Options
You can choose from the following options:

Refund to Original Payment Method: If your item qualifies, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Store Credit: We now offer store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” (such as clearance items or bundles like “2 Shirts for $45”) cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout.
4. Discounted Bundles (e.g., Buy One Get One 50% Off)
In the case of promotions like “Buy One Get One 50% Off,” the refund will apply only to the discounted item.
Example:
Item 1 = $150
Item 2 = $75 (discounted)
If either item is returned, the refund amount will be $75.
5. Fees for Returns

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a D&K Suit City error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Free Shipping Orders & Return Fees: If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the shipping and handling costs we incurred.
- $10 will be deducted for each suit or pair of shoes.
- $5 will be deducted for any other item

Exceptions: If we made an error with your shipment or if your item is defective, we will cover all return shipping costs
6. Refunds

Form of Refund: Issued to your original payment method or store credit, as selected.

Amount: Refunds apply only to the item purchase price. Return shipping and original shipping (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Important:
If you paid using Klarna, refunds cannot be issued as store credit due to Klarna’s payment processing terms. Refunds for Klarna orders will only be returned to the original payment method associated with your Klarna account.
7. Return Claims
If you need to file a return claim (e.g., your item was damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your return is marked “Refused” or “Return to Sender,” any outbound shipping fees will also be deducted from your refund.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something damaged? Let us know within 10 days and we’ll take care of it.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send out the correct item—no waiting for the original to arrive back at our warehouse. If the correct item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.
9. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Discontinued items or items no longer listed on our website
- Items purchased with store credit that are not in original condition
- Items from special events, pop-up shops, or custom orders
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items missing original packaging, tags, or labels
- Order Protect, as this is a non-refundable add-on service
