Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (business days) usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship via UPS. Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100 (contiguous U.S.). Delivery times are UPS estimates. Next Day Air delivery depends on UPS and is not guaranteed.

Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your address. Returned packages due to address errors may require extra shipping fees. Once UPS marks a package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. D&K Suit City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend adding OrderProtect at checkout.
