This policy explains how we ship, how long delivery may take, and what you can expect once your order is on the way.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through UPS. Depending on your needs, the following services may be available at checkout:
UPS Ground
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
Timing depends on distance from our warehouse. Nearby states may receive packages in as little as 1–2 days, while cross-country deliveries typically take 4–5 days.
UPS Ground Saver
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
This is a low-cost option where UPS may use final-mile partners. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Estimated delivery: 2 business days after your order ships.
UPS Next Day Air
Estimated delivery: 1 business day after your order ships.
UPS Standard (for Alaska & Hawaii)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping Rates
• Free UPS Ground shipping is offered on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States (48 states).
• Orders under $100 receive discounted UPS rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Shipping rates start at $6.88 and adjust automatically.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
• Once processed, your order is handed over to UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking email.
Please note:
All delivery timelines apply after the order has been processed. We only process and ship orders on business days.
Delivery Timeframes
UPS provides estimated delivery dates for each service. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods may affect actual arrival times.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable if UPS delivers your package within the estimated delivery window for the service you selected at checkout.
Delays caused by weather, operational exceptions, or other UPS-related factors are outside our control, and refunds for shipping costs cannot be issued on that basis.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t receive it, check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Missing apartment numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, or incomplete details may lead to delays or returned packages.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories at this time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once UPS marks a package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we truly understand how stressful that situation can be.
If your package is missing after delivery:
• Contact UPS immediately to begin an investigation.
• Reach out to us if you need support — we’ll gladly provide any documentation needed for your claim.
