How To File For a Return or Exchange
We know that sometimes an order doesn’t turn out exactly as you hoped, maybe the size isn’t quite right, the item wasn’t what you expected, or something arrived damaged. Whatever the reason, we’re here to make your return or exchange as easy and stress-free as possible.

Just follow these steps:
1. Find Your Order
- Go to our Returns Portal.
- Enter your email address and Order Number so we can quickly find your purchase.
2. Choose the Item
- Select the product you’d like to return or exchange.

3. Tell Us the Reason
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item – Please upload a photo so we can send you a replacement right away.

Wrong size, changed your mind, or it just didn’t feel right – Choose this option so we know how best to assist you.

4. Confirm the Item’s Condition
- Items must be unworn, unused, and still have their original tags, labels, and packaging to qualify for a return.
- If an item has been worn or used, we won’t be able to accept it back.

5. Shipping Costs
- If your order originally shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- If your item was damaged or incorrect, you won’t pay anything extra, we’ll take care of it.
6. Decide What You’d Like Us to Do
- Refund – We’ll return your money to the original payment method. Most banks take 3–5 business days to process and show it in your account.
- Exchange – Swap your item for the right size or choose a different product you’d prefer. If the new item costs more, you’ll simply cover the difference.
- Store Credit – Get credit you can use anytime on a future order. Credit is applied to your account right away, so you don’t have to wait.
7. If You’re Exchanging
- Click Search Our Catalog or type in the product name to find what you’d like instead.
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference at checkout.

8. Choose How to Send the Item Back
- Buy a prepaid shipping label from us – The easiest option. Just select your package size, pay securely online, and print your label.

Use your own carrier – You’re also welcome to ship it back with your preferred courier if that works better for you.


9. Submit and Ship
- After submitting your return, you’ll receive clear instructions to complete the process.
- As soon as we receive your item, we’ll take care of your refund, exchange, or store credit right away.
